Execute & Check In Weekly
You run the program. At the end of each week, you submit your check-in — tracking your numbers, how things felt, what clicked and what didn't. I review your data and make any necessary adjustments to keep you progressing. It's not a brand new program every week — it's your current program being actively managed and adjusted based on real results. Think of it as a living plan that evolves with you.
